In order to complete your application, you will need the following documents:

Latest 3-month bank statements
Proof of income (not older than 3 months)
A certified copy of your identity document or valid permanent residency papers
If applicable, certified copy of your marriage certificate or divorce decree
If applicable, certified copies of your identity documents or birth certificates of all dependants and/or additional occupants
